    Johanna Wilson

    Johanna brings over 20 years of experience in working in Financial Services.

    During her career, Johanna built a solid experience across multiple areas including corporate finance, structured credit, portfolio management, and project management at HSBC, Barclays Capital, and JP Morgan.

    Johanna worked for various start-ups with a specific focus on end-to-end customer experience strategies including operational and customer support quality.

    She holds a Masters’ Degree from the University of Cambridge.

    Neil El Hachem

    Neil is an experienced private equity investor with a 20-year career spent on the buy-side at firms including Merrill Lynch Investment Managers, The Olayan Group, RiverRock, and Acropolis Capital.

    Leveraging his global connectivity, Neil has been providing advisory services to established fund sponsors since 2021.

    During that time, he also acted as a strategic advisor to BCB Group, a leading European payments provider to the crypto industry.

    He holds a Masters' Degree from London Business School.
